A dire local need for Sober Housing

Noticing a dire need in the local community for quality, affordable housing for recovery addicts, House of Harmony started its operations in March 2018, opening its first Sober Group Home in the Charlotte area to house up to 6 residents in recovery.

Why the need?

Although Charlotte is known as a hot-zone for heroin use, there are not many providers of sober living residences around the city. This is mainly due to a lack of individuals in the community willing to take the risks associated with sober housing in order to help recovering addicts for little to no profit.

Why we decided to do it

It’s simple: We know how to make this work and make a difference. Through strict rules, policies and procedures and by using our wide experience, we are able to operate a sustainable community of recovery residences.
